Beloved Yogis
Sat Nam, Shalom , Namaste
Its been a while since I've been in contact with you . So much water has passed under this bridge and once again because of this surprising event ,I found myself meeting you again. It has been wonderful opportunity to reconnect.
Those who felt the pull to join this event with Siri Sadhana Kaur and Dr Adi Priya Kaur experienced the magic, the beauty and the transformative nature of this practice . It was a breath of fresh air and a healing experience. There were no kriyas and yet with the Mantra Dance, the imparted wisdom ,chanting and celestial communications delivered from a space of love, neutrality and inclusiveness, something wonderful happened within me and I believe to many of the participants.
On a personal note, some of you know me well , others not. I have continued teaching Kundalini in Tel-aviv/Jaffa during the past 7 years while expanding and delving into my yoga practice with Aruna Yoga and Yin as well as Self Enquiry with Mooji (Advaita Vedanta) and Ram Das. I am concluding my 2nd year of Aryuvedic studies which is extraordinary.
It was 2 months ago that out of the blue I received the message from Siri telling me that she and Adi were coming for a visit and they had heard that perhaps I could help them arrange a small workshop. I haven’t done that for a while My heart opened and I said yes. and as soon as I got the Ok from Studio Naim I started to contact some of you from the Kundalini community. While it was happening I realized how the universe is arranging my life.
The event on the 6th of May is a day I shall always remember. The vibration brought me back to those amazing days when I felt part of something wonderful. Thank you for that. I hope that we meet again soon. You are always welcome to contact me.
Love Lea
Here are some words from Siri Sadhana and Dr Adi Priya
« As trainers, yogis and musicians we have been travelling and sharing strong bonds thru music and community. Despite all conflicts happening globally, Continually we are reminded our connection and strength comes in the ‘we’ consciousness thru coming together, chanting and immersing in heart practice. At Naim studio, in a magical space, many yogis joined together for a day of dance, learning about the vagus nerve and the practicing heart activation through chanting our hearts out.
This is how we were welcomed to Israel. Whatever challenges we face, we have our hearts our voice and we have each other to lift us up!
Wahe guru!
In love and gratitude
